DISCLAIMER (this would be the fine print) : The "Echo" is a monthly publication from Blue Ridge Amateur Radio Club and may not be mutilated, bent, stapled or folded without the express written permission of the Steering Committee. The Committee meets once each month, more often than not on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, and again, more often than not, at the club station, at 6:30pm preceding the regular meeting. The probability of getting written permission from this committee is probably slim-to-none, but it never hurts to try.
